A sweet and salty, naughtily boozy Margarita
Ingredients:
25ml. Forager Lemon & Basil
15ml. Forager Orange & Tarragon or Triple Sec
15ml. Silver Tequila
10ml. Agave Nectar
Margarita Salt for the rim
Crushed Ice
Lemon Slices
Directions:
Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with a half slice of lemon and dip the rim into the salt. Pour crushed ice into a cocktail shaker. Pour all drink ingredients over the ice, cover, and shake for 30 seconds.
Strain and serve

Ingredients:
50ml. Forager Lemon & Basil
15ml. Vodka
15ml. Lime Juice
Lemon Twist, for garnish
Ice Cubes
Directions:
Fill cocktail shaker halfway through with fresh ice. Add vodka, Forager Lemon & Basil and lime juice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
Strain cocktail into martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.

Directions:
Fill a glass with ice, Tequila, and Forager Lemon & Basil.
Top with grapefruit soda.

50 ml. Forager Orange & Tarragon
15 ml. White Rum
Top up with pineapple juice
Directions:
Fill a high-ball with crushed ice
Pour in the Forager Orange & Tarragon
Top up with fresh pineapple juice

3-4 nettle leaves, spines snipped and washed
25ml. Forager Nettle & Heather Honey
25ml. White Rum
10ml agave syrup
20ml freshly squeezed lime
Wedge lime for garnish
Directions:
Drop the washed and dried nettle leaves into the bottom of the glass
Add 1/2 the agave syrup and muddle
Filler a shaker 1/2 full of ice
Add Forager, rum and lime
Shake for 30 secs
Strain into ice-filled glasses
Garnish with wedge of lime

15ml. Forager Nettle & Heather Honey

75ml. Soda Water
10ml. Agave Syrup
Crushed Ice
6-8 Mint Leaves
1 Lime cut into quaters
Directions:
Drop the mint leaves and lime into a glass and muddle
Fill with crushed ice
Add agave syrup, Foragers ,White Rum & Soda Water.
Stir & garnish with mint
