Driven by an appreciation of nature and inspired by both its variety and vividness, at  Whimsical Forager we are  passionate about celebrating depth and diversity in flavours and draw inspiration for our products from wild Cornish surroundings.

The  journey began with a quest to combine ingredients that take the familiar  to the  unique .

The result is a range of hand-crafted artisan liqueurs that both celebrate and elevate "classics" offering our drinker liqueurs  as diverse as the ingredients that infuse them. Crafted in Cornwall with Cornish spring water we take inspiration from idyllic surroundings and wonderful resources.

Our goal  is simple, to create  surprising & progressive liqueurs that capture the essence of good taste.

At Whimsical Forager we take inspiration from our surroundings to create liqueurs  that elevate the familiar into the extraordinary and reconnect the drinker to "difference". 

Our distilling team deliver liqueurs of rigorous, uncompromising quality and personality which provide wonderful accompaniments to great food and great company.

Personality is very important to us!....our base flavourings are ethically sourced with signature notes grown and sourced by producers specifically identified by our distilling team.

Every bottle is hand-crafted with every drop laboured over with integrity and passion.

Our liqueurs are inspired by celebrating the variety of botanicals in nature  and bringing them together in some time-honoured combinations as well as some more surprising and  unique pairings.

We distil only with natural ingredients in 200 litre alembic copper stills which ensures everything produced is controlled to perfection.

Our liqueurs are crafted for breadth of use – enjoyed neat over ice, as a spritz, long with tonic or favourite mixer or especially in our perfectly balanced frozen cocktail range.

The key to our loveliness is fresh fruit and botanicals. Whole fruit is processed through a centripetal juicer to an amazing pulp and then married with spirit distillate and herb macerates to augment the super flavours. The result are finely balanced liqueurs simply delicious .

All our drinks are free from artificial sweeteners, colouring or flavourings and we distil in the UK with range relevant ingredients sourced ethically and to the highest quality.
