We are very proud of our liqueurs at The Whimsical Forager.
We distil only with natural ingredients and our own base spirits (nothing is brought in and all ingredients are locally sourced where possible!).
All our liqueurs are free from artificial ingredients and are vegetarian and vegan friendly (less the honey in Nettle, Honey & Ginger).
We distil in 200 litre alembic copper stills which ensures that everything produced is controlled and monitored to ensure not only perfection but that we remain genuinely small batch distilled and hand bottled.
The key to our loveliness is the fresh fruit and botanicals.
Whole fresh fruit is processed through a centripetal juicer to produce a amazing super fresh pulp. We then take the fruit and marry with the spirit distillate and herb macerate for just the right amount of time at a specific temperature to augment the super flavours.
This results in a fresh finely balanced product that is simply delicious served either on its own, over ice or as a spritz or mix.
Because we only use natural ingredients the pulp will separate (this is a very good thing!) so simply shake and serve.
